The players will be pretty close to the fans with the football-field-in-baseball-stadium layout.
We have Ahman Green, who may be trying to bring over some other Packers teammates as well.
Should the Nighthawks borrow the "Lambeau Leap"?

You must elaborate on this...

I created another thread on that earlier. Ahman Green mentioned last night that he has talked to Ferguson and Franks specifically. He wants to bring some Packers teammates over to the Nighthawks.

It would be great to get a couple lineman , Has OT Allen Barbra signed yet ?? Yes to the Lambeau Leap.....that's a great part of the game now.

I'm biased, but I would love it since I'm right up front in the west endzone!
We do need to start our own traditions, or bring some good ones from the college atmosphere to the ufl

Then hold up a sign out there encouraging the team to make the leap. I'm sure Green is down.

Although hte leap would not be a bad thing, I prefer teams be different in their celebrations. Like when Denver's FB would do the mile high salute.

It'd be pretty cool to see Green doing it. Whether the rest of the team should deliberately adopt it as a Nighthawks "tradition", I'm not so sure, but if it comes naturally, then go for it!

It was made famous at Lambeau with the Green Bay Packers where it is tradition. We'll have players really close to the stands in some areas since they are squeezing a football field in a baseball stadium.

Wow, either you have been living under a rock, or you are one of those rare NFL-haters, not to know about the Lambeau Leap. One last theory, you are so young that you never saw Favre play in Green Bay.
In any case, I am stunned. My guess is NFL-hater. Interesting.
If you don't watch the NFL, you hate our freedom!!!!! And you let the terrorists win!!!!

I don't watch the NFL much but I follow it. It is hard to be a sports fan and not follow it.
I really prefer college ball. I see NFL players get caught dealing drugs, raping girls, beating their wives, torture dogs, and then play like nothing happened.
I see crazy ticket prices, free agency, and players who don't want to get in shape despite $50 million dollar contracts. It is hard to be a fan of that.

Same could be said for college players anymore but in college its much easier to sweep it under the rug

You'd be surprised how much trouble college players get into. The schools do a better job than the pro teams at covering up alot of it though. Somethings are just too big to be overlooked though, like the Colorado sexual assault scandals a few years ago.

Agreed they did it before the Packers and will continue to. Didn't we talk about this a few months ago? Just throw a different name on it and call it good. I'm not seeing a lot of originality with the team anyways so why not?
