The New York Sentinels, fresh off of a bye week, open at home tonight. The game will be held in Giants Stadium and will go up against the World Series – not an optimal scheduling match up to be sure. The team will be looking for their first victory as well.

Thursday, October 29, 2009 will mark the fourth week of the United Football League’s inaugural season, and the first home game for the New York Sentinels. The game will feature the California Redwoods, and is set to kick off at 7:00 p.m. at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. The UFL’s season has been successful through two weeks of play and has enjoyed national and local media attention, with games being televised nationally on the Versus Network.
Week two of the United Football League is in the books, meaning we’re roughly one third of the way through the Premiere Season in turns of total games. What did we learn last week?
