FootballScoop.com today is now reporting that Tyrone Willingham will not be joining the San Francisco United Football League franchise under head coach Dennis Green.

Willingham earlier this week was connected with the San Francisco franchise, expected to act as coach of special teams and runningbacks. However, it now seems the two sides were “unable to reach an agreement”. UFL Access cannot confirm or deny this report at this time.
